With artwork stimulated by his architectural design background, Norman is an artist influenced by the city where he lived most of his life. New Orleans, Louisiana.

Since 1985, he has followed his developing enthusiasm for portraits, structures and nature...all infused with depth, spirit and insight.  Of his more than one hundred paintings, many are in private collections.  His versatility is one of his hallmarks; in the field of painting, he is accomplished in oil, acrylic, watercolor and pastel.
